Beauty Portrait sessions with Hood Artistry are a celebration of who you are and your life through fine art photography pieces. After you book with us, we will talk about your dress, hair style and make-up. If you have your hair & make-up artist, you are welcome to ask them to come over to my studio on your session day. Otherwise, we have our hair & make-up artist ready for you. The session is all about you and we would like you to feel gorgeous and happier when you see the art pieces. Do you feel like you are not young enough to be photographed? Well, today is the youngest day in the rest of your long life. Let's feel great with your beauty and celebrate your life!
What is included with your Beauty Portrait Session?
1: Consultation
We will discuss all the details of the session including hair, makeup and outfits.
Either over a virtual meeting or if you would like to visit our studio, you are welcome to!
2: Professional Hair and Makeup
On your session day, if you would like to, we can provide a professional hair & makeup artist for you!
Some people have their favorite go-to person, so if you have one, please use them. I am happy to work with them as well.
We will have a consultation with you on how you would like to feel when you have your hair & makeup done. If you would like to do something outside of your comfort zone, we would like you to try it and feel great with it.
3: Personal Fashion Consultation
If you would like to, you are welcome to access to our wardrobe and accessories, you can also mix and match with what you bring from your closet. Also, if you would like a personal & professional fashion consultation, Renée from Renée Lara Style would be able to help you out for your photo session!
4: Let's Have A Session
"I am not really good at posing...." No worries. You are in the best hands.
I will direct you for posing and through every step, so don't worry about it!

5: Revealing and Ordering Session
The selected pictures will be fully edited and you will be invited to the revealing and ordering session at our studio in about 2 weeks.
This is my favorite part of the whole photo session, because I love seeing the enjoyment and smiles of my clients. You will have the opportunity to purchase any portrait collection or wall art of your choice. Portrait collections start at $1500. Wall art starts at $800
6: We Hope You Enjoy The Experience!
If you would like to participate in this project, we will ask for permission to use and share your wonderful portraits. Our wish is that these images will show other women they can celebrate with empowerment, joy and beauty, so I hope you will enjoy and use those pictures for your business or give them to your loved ones!
