Fine Art Portraits with Hood Artistry
I am finally sitting here and starting to write the first blog of Hood Artistry! We have been photographing fine art portraits for a couple years as Hood Artistry. We manage a few different photography brands and it took me this long to write this very first page. For the first time blog, I would like to introduce Fine Art Portraits with Hood Artistry and the reason we started this brand.
How often do we take pictures? Since with iphone and smart phones, we are all photographers every moment. We post those photos on Instagram and Meta, create a reel, and get attention consciously or unconsciously. As a photographer, I also use images that way just like many other photographers do, and kind of have to do, in order to have our business running. There are many photographers out there that just create and deliver files and that is their final products. The posting on the web process let me re-think the preciousness of the moment and the reason why we should cherish photographs as art.
Please don’t take me wrong. I am not offensive to web and web posting. As we live in this era, I totally understand the needs and the necessity for it. However, the joy that you get being photographed should not get flushed by social media. Your beauty and your life are worth way more than the 3 seconds which people scroll from one picture to the next. As an artist and photographer, I sometimes get tired of how photographs are used these days, and there are some other people who feel same way, so I guess we get our clients. Therefore, I decided to offer different ways of cherishing fine art portraits.
Fine Art Portraits with Hood Artistry is for celebration and the moment you don’t want to forget in your life. We are highly focused on printed art. We create fine art photography as printed art as our final presentation to make photographs as art. We also provide small data with our logo, so our clients can still use them for sharing on social media. In this way, the photograph can be seen (not just saved as archives in a file and lost) and cherished for generations and make you feel good when you see it.
Everyone can be a photographer in our time, but we are professional photographers who know how to create a beautiful lasting way to create photograph as artists. We believe that is one of the important responsibilities to work in this profession.
